Relocating to the UAE
We deliver cross-border corporate redomiciliation (continuation) and UAE market-entry advisory for foreign companies and groups. The engagement starts with tax & legal scoping to choose the optimal route (redomiciliation vs re-incorporation) and venue (ADGM, DIFC, RAK ICC, JAFZA or mainland).
We design the target corporate architecture: (HoldCo/OpCo), MOA/AOA, and where needed shareholders’ agreements (SHA).
We run KYC/KYB: prepare AML/CFT readiness, UBO disclosures, and ESR substance assessments. We handle licensing & setup: Ejari/flexi-desk, establishment card, e-Channel/immigration, and Emirates IDs for key staff.
We arrange corporate banking: bank/EMI selection, CDD pack (source of wealth/funds), transactional limits, and cash-management. We configure the tax perimeter: Corporate Tax 9% and VAT 5% where applicable, Tax Residency Certificates (TRC), and baseline transfer-pricing.
We implement compliance policies: sanctions screening, KYC procedures, UBO records, and related-party documentation. We migrate contracts/IP/people via novations/assignments, IP transfers, visa sponsorship, and payroll setup.
We deliver Day-1 readiness: payments, invoicing, IFRS bookkeeping, and BPO orchestration. The project is run as a one-stop-shop with KPIs for licensing, bank account opening, and visa issuance. Deliverables include a structured data room with checklists, templates, and an ongoing compliance roadmap.
